Responsibilities
Process commission letters for title companies and agents
Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for multiple companies, including:
~Review, code, and enter invoices accurately and in a timely manner
~Prepare and issue customer invoices and follow up on outstanding balances
~Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Communicate with agents, clients and title companies to address inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Supporting the team to ensure seamless workflow efficiency
Qualification
Required
Accounting or Finance degree, or 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Proficiency with Quick Books, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets/Google Docs/Google Drive
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients
Preferred
Real estate experience preferred, but not required
