Responsibilities

Social Strategy Contribution: Play a key role in the development of annual social media strategies, providing insights on emerging formats and platform-specific nuances to ensure our brands stay ahead of the curve
Key Messaging Development: contribute to the creation of key messaging frameworks, ensuring that all content aligns with brand voice guidelines while remaining adaptable to current trends
Trend Analysis & Application: Proactively monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and new platform features. Translate these insights into actionable strategies and share learnings with the wider team to foster a culture of continuous innovation
Brand Alignment: Ensure all creative output adheres to strict brand guidelines and industry regulations, turning compliance constraints into creative opportunities
End-to-End Content Production: Take full ownership of the content creation lifecycle for platforms including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. This ranges from ideation and reverse briefing to scripting, storyboarding, producing, filming, and editing
High-Volume Asset Delivery: consistently produce and deliver 10–16 high-quality social assets per week that are optimized for engagement and conversion
Talent Direction & Participation: Confidently direct talent during shoots and be comfortable appearing in front of the camera as the face of the brand when required
Community Management: Oversee community interactions, coordinating medical responses where necessary, and reporting Adverse Events (AEs) in strict accordance with company compliance regulations
Performance Monitoring: regularly monitor the performance of social assets using native analytics tools. Use data to refine creative approaches and improve future content performance
Collaboration: Liaise closely with Brand teams to ensure creative aligns with brand and commercial goals. This role may also be required to liaise with internal content teams (Wonka) and external partners to ensure seamless workflow and integrated campaign execution
Technical Proficiency: Utilize advanced video editing and design tools (for example CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to produce professional-grade content efficiently

Required

Degree qualified in Marketing, Communications, Media or similar field
Proven experience in creating engaging social media content within brand strategy, visual direction and guidelines
Exposure to working within a regulated industry an advantage ie. with TGA guidelines
Creative mindset, highly motivated and excited around the challenge of a regulated environment/TGA as an opportunity for problem solving rather than a barrier
Advanced skills in editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
Experience in Cross-functional collaboration and working with multiple stakeholders- high level communication is a must
Confident in Analysing trends and data
