Save the Children US is seeking a Volunteer for the Contract Procurement Repository (CPR) project. The role involves ensuring that all vendor contracts are collected, uploaded, and accounted for in the agency's CPR system, while working closely with the Managing Director.

Responsibilities

Contact internal staff to request copies of all fully executed vendor contracts
Track outreach and follow up as directed (maintain simple tracking spreadsheets)
Upload contracts into the Contract Repository and enter basic contract information accurately and follow naming conventions
Assist in reconciling current vendors against contracts in the system
Flag missing, outdated, or duplicate contracts for review
