Responsibilities

Scheduled procedures are Monday through Friday
Call coverage including nights and weekends on rotation as part of a team
EPIC EHR and Dragon Dictation for both inpatient and outpatient settings

Qualification

Cardiothoracic Surgery ExperiencePhysician Assistant LicenseBLS CertificationACLS CertificationCustomer Service SkillsBasic Computer SkillsCommunication SkillsInterpersonal Skills

Required

Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program with current, active certification
Experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery
BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support) Required
ACLS may be required as identified/area of specialty
Physician Assistant License Required in the State of Florida; Board-Certified as PA
Must meet credentialing requirements as established by the LMHS Medical Staff Services department
Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills and customer service skills required
