Required

At least six years but no more than eight years of meaningful commercial litigation experience in a mid-size to large law firm setting, or a similar level of trial experience in other settings
Prepared to draft and argue complex motions
Able to propound and respond to discovery
Capable of taking and defending depositions
Assisting in both jury trials and bench trials
Bringing an entrepreneurial spirit to a growing office
Possessing exceptional oral and written advocacy skills
Strong academic credentials
Adept in case management
Ready to take the lead
Admitted to and in good standing with the Texas Bar
