Handle follow through, bookings, and details
Qualification
Required
3+ years Event selling experience in upscale, fine dining event spaces
Passionate about events and hospitality
Experience and/or knowledge of event management driven software such as Tripleseat
Proficient in MS Office (word, excel, etc)
Personable demeanor and ability to deliver memory-making hospitable service
Excellent time management and communication skills
Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Ability to work with and collaborate effectively with third party vendors to execute events per the client
Professional demeanor, polished appearance with the ability to exceed guest's expectations
Ability to work in an ever-changing environment
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Strong work ethic and client-focused approach
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Passionate and dedicated to success
Preferred
Experience working with brides-to-be and corporate clients
Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday
