Responsibilities
Combine creative and analytical thinking to drive solutions
Support research processes (feasibility analysis, strategic market planning, demand/supply considerations, etc.)
Conduct primary and secondary research on residential real estate industry and demographic trends, market conditions, interviews, and site visits
Analyze and synthesize market data into actionable recommendations
Create exhibit packages for consulting assignments
Prepare and present findings to the project teams and advisory leaders and engage with clients
Contribute to internal initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics or related field (graduate degree a plus)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research, consulting, or the home-building industry preferred
Ability to collaborate with professionals at all levels
Limited travel (usually not more than 10%), with a valid driver's license for field work
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Organized, reliable, trustworthy, dedicated individual
