Vice President of Operations
hireneXus is seeking a Vice President of Operations, a senior executive leader responsible for operational excellence and strategic growth within a network of women’s health practices. The VP will lead Practice Directors and Administrators to enhance patient care, financial performance, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to Practice Directors and Administrators across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities
Collaborate closely with physician leaders to align operational strategies with clinical objectives and patient care excellence
Develop and execute initiatives that strengthen physician engagement, enhance satisfaction, and improve retention
Drive financial performance through targeted revenue growth, effective cost management, and margin optimization strategies
Lead practice expansion efforts, including market growth, service line development, and new business opportunities
Implement standardized workflows and best practices to improve operational consistency, scalability, and efficiency
Oversee onboarding, training, and leadership development to build high-performing teams and future-ready leaders
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts, optimizing supply chain operations to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability
Supervise facilities operations to maintain safe, efficient, and supportive environments for both patients and providers
Track and analyze key performance metrics related to financial health, patient satisfaction, and operational effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated leadership success in healthcare operations, ideally within women's healthcare settings
Strong financial management skills with a proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive growth
Deep understanding of physician practice operations and effective engagement strategies
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic leadership abilities
Proficiency with EMR systems and practice management platforms
Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations
Preferred
Master's in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
Experience in women's health care strongly preferred
