Qualification
Required
At least two to five years' focused experience in drafting chemical- and mechanical-related patent applications

Candidates must be in good standing with the New Jersey Bar or be admitted as soon as practicable
Registered to practice before the USPTO
Excellent academic credentials
Comfortable working directly with clients
Strong writing and analytical skills
Preferred
Managing global patent portfolios
Preparing opinions concerning freedom-to-operate
Degree or an advanced degree in chemical engineering
Degrees in materials science, chemistry, or strong relevant experience in any one of these areas
Strong understanding of chemistry and related principles
