Responsibilities
Help ensure the safety and reliability of nuclear power plants
Work on real projects supporting licensing, safety evaluations, and technical analysis for nuclear systems
Learn to use advanced tools to model plant conditions, assess radiation and environmental impacts, and support regulatory filings
Visit plant sites and work with experienced engineers
Engage in various tasks and responsibilities crucial to the success of projects
Learn and apply codes and standards for designing projects
Be organized and efficient, and maintain a positive attitude towards learning and feedback
Collaborate with senior engineers for field data collection
Adapt to new software systems
Ask questions, use available resources, and connect classroom knowledge with practical industry work
Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualification
Required
Graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET-accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors
Available to start between May 2026 and August 2026
Graduating May-June 2026 preferred
A solid working foundation with your major's core concepts
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
Ability to effectively problem solve
Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites
Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns
Must be able to work outside
Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings
Completion of pre interview assessments
College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post-graduation
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies
