Manager, Content Strategy - Marketing
Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Manager of Content Strategy to oversee strategy, design, and development of advertising initiatives. This role will focus on enhancing guest experiences through effective content management and innovative marketing solutions.

Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of on-property signage program, with an emphasis on large-scale digital displays, including strategy, content creation and design, development, installation and execution, etc., to increase advertising revenue and support the delivery of a seamless guest experience
Deliver imaginative, effective design solutions and conceptual thinking to advance and elevate the brand while meeting brand expectations
Deliver consistent, visual design of on-property digital signage program and establishing brand design guidelines across all channels
Identify and introduce creative new advertising opportunities
Work closely with internal and external partners to provide strategic direction for development and installation of signage placements
Ensure all projects are completed in a strategic, timely manner and in alignment with established brand standards, governance and approach
Work directly with the marketing team and Executive leadership on the development of all internal brands and ensures all projects are implemented on time and within budget
Establish key performance metrics and provide regular progress reports, sentiment analysis and track budgets
Manage workflow of internal team members, and contracted vendors, including freelance designers, producers, etc
Control quantity and inventory of all on-property print and digital signage
Work with Digital and Sponsorship counterpart(s) to develop impactful digital and sponsorship marketing opportunities and activation executions
Contribute to the development, execution and cross-departmental education of critical digital signage and marketing SOPs
Ensure all Resorts World core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied
Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing
Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Adobe Professional and internet browser software
Working knowledge of print and digital production processes
Ability to successfully lead and mentor a team
Ability to effectively communicate in English
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent customer services skills
Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers and the public
Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least five years of previous experience in content strategy
At least three years of leadership/managerial experience within the travel, hospitality or luxury products industry
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a relevant field
Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting
