Responsibilities
Elicit and document requirements process flows and user stories for RM Central
Partner with Salesforce developers and QA to drive solution delivery and testing readiness
Monitor production triage incidents and coordinate rootcause analysis and fixes
Maintain knowledge artifacts SOPs and configuration documentation
Support release planning change management and stakeholder communications
Qualification
Required
5 years in technology business analysis roles
Working knowledge of Salesforce and RM Central workflows
Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and coordination
Insurance financial Services Experience
Familiarity With Compliance
