The Seasonal Installer will be responsible for the safe and professional setup and breakdown of event equipment at client locations, ensuring high standards of safety and quality throughout the process.

Responsibilities
Load and unload vehicles with event equipment
Set up and dismantle items such as tables, chairs, flooring, lighting, tenting, dishware, and custom-made pieces
Follow event layout plans to ensure accurate placement of equipment
Travel with a driver or installation crew to multiple event sites in a single day
Assist Drivers with safe maneuvering of vehicles at event sites
Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Communicate effectively with customers and Team Members during on-site work
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Qualification
Required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Punctuality, reliability, and teamwork skills are essential
Reliable transportation to meet at the warehouse or assigned Bright location before each shift
Flexible and adaptable to changing daily schedules based on event bookings and completion times
Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather
Preferred
Previous event setup or installation experience is a plus but not required
Bilingual in Spanish is highly valued
