Responsibilities
Facilitate the efficient flow of deliverables from assignment to partner review
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Provide guidance and support to consultants on projects
Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Identify opportunities for new business and work with the team to develop proposals
Monitor and report on project progress to senior management
Ensure that consultants adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
CPA required
5+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or a related field
Experience managing a team of consultants
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
