Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Monitor vendor communications and ensure accuracy of all invoices for 2024 and 2025
Perform bank deposit and credit card entry into QuickBooks
Assist with monthly reconciliations, under the review of the Chief Bookkeeper
File and organize digital records and transaction logs
Conduct cost accounting – this is a non-negotiable requirement
Use Amazon and Target portals for order and vendor documentation
Maintain accurate Excel-based financial records
Support inventory management, valuation, and adjustments (preferred but not required)
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a senior or expert bookkeeper, preferably in a manufacturing or product-based business
Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles
Exceptional attention to detail; must be comfortable verifying large volumes of financial data
Highly proficient in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
Fluent in English – both written and spoken
Experience working with inventory is a strong plus
