Define product vision and strategy for the AI sales tech product
Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and gather feedback
Work closely with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the sales tech landscape
Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business goals
Oversee product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond
Create and maintain documentation, including product requirements and use cases
Analyze product performance metrics and iterate on product features based on data insights
Coordinate product launches and collaborate with marketing for effective go-to-market strategies
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding product updates and performance
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals
Support sales teams with training and resources to maximize product adoption
Gather user feedback post-launch to identify areas for improvement
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to ensure our offerings remain competitive
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech or software industry
Experience working with design and software engineering teams
Strong understanding of sales processes and the needs of sales professionals
Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with product management tools and methodologies
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in sales
Experience with agile development methodologies
Background in sales or a related field
Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
