Excellent customer service and communication skills
Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation
Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow)

Hardware and software troubleshooting experience

Knowledgeable, experienced technicians with great customer service skills
Experienced in desktop support: installation, troubleshooting, and repair/replace, in a primarily windows-based environment
Basic network troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation
Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow)
Ability to work under pressure
Hardware and software troubleshooting experience
