Responsibilities
Leads complete lifecycle delivery of complex OT, DMS, and DERMS projects by managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and governance frameworks
Drives collaboration across engineering, integration, modeling, forecasting, cybersecurity, testing, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
Acts as the primary customer interface, managing requirement alignment, communications, escalations, approvals, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Ensures adherence to utility IT/OT standards, cybersecurity requirements, and regulatory guidelines while overseeing FAT, SAT, performance testing, documentation, and readiness milestones
Identifies risks early, implements mitigation strategies, and drives continuous improvement across delivery processes, tools, methodologies, and PMO practices

Minimum years of experience required: 5-15 Years
Education Qualification required: BE

End‑to‑End Project Delivery & Governance: Leads complete lifecycle delivery of complex OT, DMS, and DERMS projects by managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and governance frameworks
Cross‑Functional Engineering Coordination: Drives collaboration across engineering, integration, modeling, forecasting, cybersecurity, testing, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
Customer & Stakeholder Management: Acts as the primary customer interface, managing requirement alignment, communications, escalations, approvals, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Quality, Testing & Regulatory Compliance: Ensures adherence to utility IT/OT standards, cybersecurity requirements, and regulatory guidelines while overseeing FAT, SAT, performance testing, documentation, and readiness milestones
Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: Identifies risks early, implements mitigation strategies, and drives continuous improvement across delivery processes, tools, methodologies, and PMO practices
