Inside Sales
TP Orthodontics is currently hiring an entry level Inside Territory Manager in the Medical Devices/Orthodontics field. This role is responsible for inbound and outbound telesales activities, contacting existing accounts and prospects to sell TP Orthodontics products and services while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Responsibilities
Proactively contact accounts and prospects via telephone and email
Meets call volume quotas on a daily basis
Introduce and sell products into existing and new accounts
Increase sales and average order size by means of up-selling and add-on-sales
Input/maintain active customer files and accurate database records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system
Speak with customers about products and provide appropriate customer service including on-site visits to customers, trade shows, or other activities in the assigned territory
Communicate the needs of the customer and competitor activities in the territory to management
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Prior sales experience required
Must have a valid driver's license paired with a clean driving record and ability to maintain insurance
Prior computer experience including proficiency in Microsoft office suite and CRM systems
Good written and verbal communication skills, in English
Good documentation, organizational, multi-tasking skills
Able to analyze data and perform mathematical calculations
Preferred
Bachelors' degree preferred – preferred in Business or Marketing
Preferred 2 plus years of B2B sales
