Qualification
Required
Directors of Clinical Research Operations are responsible for the development, implementation and coordination of personnel and infrastructure supporting clinical trials at the Cancer Center
Direct oversight of Clinical Trials Office disease-based programs and clinical research units
Oversight of clinical research operational activities that will enhance productivity and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
Formulate, implement and interpret policies in conjunction with GCP, FDA, Cancer Center Support Grant (CCSG) guidelines and any other regulations and best practices
Overall management and financial oversight of the assigned programs/cost centers
Implementation of strategic plans regarding the development of outcome specific initiatives for clinical research activities
