Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents related to the initiation or closing of residential escrows, relieving branches of high volume paperwork
Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches, excluding customers
Perform work similar to associate level, with tasks that may be slightly more complex, requiring greater experience and knowledge
Assist with escrow openings and closings
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Flexible and self-motivated
Strong decision-making abilities
Willingness to learn and be trained
Availability for extended hours and overtime during peak periods (e.g., month-end, quarter-end, and volume surges)
Preferred
Ability to follow Escrow Procedures and awareness of regulations governing the escrow process preferred
1-2 years of escrow processing experience is a plus
