Responsibilities

Reviewing and managing content requests for the external website, ensuring timely updates and maintaining site quality
Analyzing the external website (CBP.gov) to identify and resolve accessibility issues, broken links, and formatting errors
Supporting the management and organization of internal SharePoint Online sites, including handling content updates and site maintenance
Developing and reviewing social media content and video scripts, maintaining an editorial calendar for campaign planning, and assisting with strategic planning to expand the organization's digital presence

Required

You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position

Primary U.S. residency for at least three of the last five years

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations
You must serve a one year probationary period during the first year of your initial permanent federal appointment to determine fitness for continued employment
If you have never worked for the federal government, you are not CTAP eligible
