Funding Manager
QualiFi provides fast, flexible, and intelligent funding solutions to growing businesses. The Funding Manager role focuses on consultative selling, deal structuring, and long-term relationship management with business owners to understand their financial needs and present tailored funding solutions.
Responsibilities
Consult with business owners to understand cash flow, growth plans, and capital needs
Analyze financials, bank statements, and overall business performance
Structure and present tailored funding solutions
Clearly explain terms, pricing, and expectations to clients
Manage deals through the full funding lifecycle from intake to closing
Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat and referral business
Work closely with internal underwriting and lender partners
Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline management
Contribute to team strategy and overall company growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, funding, finance, lending, or financial services
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Ability to understand financials and cash flow drivers, with training provided
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High ownership mentality and accountability for results
Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred
Prior experience in business funding or alternative lending is a plus
