Responsibilities
Supports the supply chain leadership by reviewing business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks in Supply Chain and the Consolidated Service Center (CSC)
Demonstrates expertise in Information Systems and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
Provides advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices
Participates and contributes to various cross-functional teams designed to improve workflow within Supply Chain, CSC, and other departments throughout the system for current and future projects in support of implementation
Coordinates with health system financial leadership to provide visibility/insight to general ledger accruals, order-to-cash customer transactions, and procure-to-pay vendor transactions
Manages customer relationships and expectations by utilizing various methods to communicate updates and findings
Collaborates with project sponsors to determine complexity, scope, and vision. Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements in regard to analysis on a project-by-project basis to define impact, outcome criteria, and metrics. May lead projects as assigned
Translates conceptual customer asks/needs into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to project team and developers. Interprets results into feasible options and communicates these to business stakeholders. Manages and tracks the status of actionable items throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as required
Serves as a liaison between department, Information Health Technology and/or Digital and Analytics to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement, or implementation
May serve as a mentor to lower-level staff
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
5 years relevant experience
