Responsibilities
Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
Learn real-world sales strategies through hands-on coaching
Take and make calls using warm leads from multiple referral sources
Learn industry-standard CRM and loan origination systems
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and referral partners
Participate in ongoing sales meetings, contests, and incentives
Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive team environment that rewards results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of inside sales, service, military, or commission-based experience
Competitive, outgoing, and money‑motivated
Strong communicator (phone, written, in-person)
Thrives in high-accountability, performance-driven environments
Self-starter who takes ownership after training
Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
Someone who wants to win, not just punch a clock
Candidates must pass the SAFE Exam to continue in the role
