They are seeking a Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst I to perform detailed analytical and statistical reviews of the revenue cycle, identify and resolve billing issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective system administration.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed analytical and statistical review of the revenue cycle to identify and resolve billing and related problems in system applications
Act as an internal liaison, working directly with IS-Application Analysts to review, research, analyze, troubleshoot and problem solve
Ensure effective administration of system wide applications for integrated network operations
Assist in the development of procedures and standards
Update and maintain dictionary tables and system master files
Create test scenarios
Prepare reports, documentation
Oversee project status, communicate findings and train staff, as necessary

Qualification

Healthcare billing experienceResearchAnalysisInformation systems experienceComputer experienceTraining staffDocumentation preparation

Required

Minimum five (5) years relevant healthcare billing experience with background in research and analysis of billing problems
Minimum two (2) years computer experience or training
Experience in developing, implementing, operating, maintaining or using information systems in hospital and/or clinic settings

Preferred

Two years college or medical business school preferred
