Responsibilities
Work closely with the Finance Leadership to provide financial insights and assess the company's overall progress towards its strategic objectives
Drive projects to continuously improve, streamline, and automate various areas of the team's responsibility with ownership across reporting, forecasting and planning processes
Engage in the development of new processes and tools to deliver impactful and actionable insights that drive decision-making
Help build our P&L fluency, with an emphasis on legal entity forecasting
Monitor & track our deliverables, ensuring that our team meets the given deadlines and escalate issues where necessary
Liaise with cross-functional departments (e.g., Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Insurance, etc.) to collect and analyze inputs to the global forecast
Qualification
Required
BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant subject
3+ years of proven experience
Experience with Excel/Google Sheets
Prior financial and/or analytical experience, including FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or operations
Preferred
Self-starter: You will take initiative and drive toward goals
Attention to detail: consistent with swift and high-quality execution. We do things quickly, and we need to do them well
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Understanding of enterprise-level financial planning systems such as IBM Cognos TM1, Anaplan, or Oracle
Experience with legal entity forecasting
Accounting/Tax experience
