Responsibilities

As a participant in the Recent Graduates Program, you will receive both formal and on-the-job training to develop the required knowledge and skill to successfully perform the duties of the position
Analyzes technical and/or administrative personnel programs which support mission requirements and determines program effectiveness and efficiency
Participates in or conducts studies/surveys, analyzing findings and making recommendations which support assigned mission
Participates in long-range personnel planning in support of assigned DISA programs (planning includes tracking, consolidating, and coordinating available resources relating to assigned programs)
Exhibits skill in all phases of document preparation and processing, including use of word processing systems, graphics, electronic mail, and desktop publishing

Required

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Education credentials must be evaluated by the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services at the time of application
Applicants must provide proof of degree conferral prior to appointment
Individuals who have obtained a qualifying Associates, Bachelor's, Master's, Professional, Doctorate, Vocational or Technical degree or certificate from a qualifying educational institution, within the previous 2 years
Individuals who will obtain a qualifying Associates, Bachelor's, Master's, Professional, Doctorate, Vocational or Technical degree or certificate from a qualifying educational institution within 90 days from the date of application
Veterans who were unable to apply within 2 years of obtaining a qualifying degree or certificate from a qualifying educational institution due to their military service obligation
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale
For the GG-05: At least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position
For the GG-07: At least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position
For the GG-09: At least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position
Candidates must describe how they meet the qualifying experience and/or selective placement factor(s) within the body of their resume
Education must be accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
Failure to provide transcripts, or a determination that you do not possess the education requirement, will result in objection to your qualifications
Applicants must provide proof of degree conferral prior to appointment
