Sales Development Representative (Real Estate) - Wing Assistant
Wing Assistant is on an exciting mission of redefining the future of work for companies worldwide. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative with US real estate experience to manage lead outreach, follow-ups, and appointment setting to drive client engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities
Handle Circle Perspective, primarily focused on cold calling all provided leads
Perform data entry and manage email follow-up campaigns
Conduct appointment setting for interested prospects and clients
Maintain accurate records of outreach and client interactions
Prepare to lead and train other SDRs as the team scales
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in data entry
Ability to meet daily productivity goals and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience in outbound outreach
Proficient with Circle Perspective, Mojo Dialer, and Bulk & Seven software Tools
USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
Working Webcam
Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
Preferred
US real estate experience (or at least a strong understanding of the industry)
Clear, neutral English communication
Comfortable with cold calling
Capable of leading and training a team in the future, particularly fellow SDRs
