Be the first point of contact for patients, referral sources, and visitors
Manage scheduling, intake, and administrative processes with accuracy
Handle insurance verification and payments with integrity
Support clinic operations and coordinate with the care team
Create a welcoming environment that reflects Physical Therapy Now's mission and values
Weekly L10 Meetings with Staff
Attend all Company & Training Events & Communicate/Roll out to Staff
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage scheduling and administrative processes with accuracy
Experience with insurance verification and payments
Ability to create a welcoming environment
