Responsibilities
Program, set up, debug and troubleshoot SMT manufacturing equipment including Laser Marking, Screen Printing, Solder Paste Inspection, Glue Dispenser, SMT Placement, Reflow, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), X-Ray Inspection
Define, implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for
Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters
Trouble shoot process related issues for RCCA
Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements
Implement statistical process controls on new and existing products
Develop and maintain process documentation
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience and training
7+ years of experience in position as engineer
Experience with brands such as ASYS, DEK, MPM, ASM, Fuji, Yamaha, Koy Young, BTU, Heller, ERSA, Pemtron, Vitrox, ASYS, Nordson, YJ Link, and Nutek is ideal
Analyze yield data and drive RCCA
PFMEA, DOE's and SPC is a plus
Preferred
Autocad and Solidworks is a plus
