Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with hospitals, law firms, corporate offices, and community partners
Serve as a community-facing representative and brand ambassador for Earth and Ocean Restaurant Group
Generate and manage catering and special event opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship-building
Plan, coordinate, and execute elevated catering experiences and special events from inquiry through completion
Collaborate closely with culinary, service, and leadership teams to ensure seamless event execution
Customize event experiences to align with client needs, brand standards, and elevated dining expectations
Oversee event logistics including menus, timelines, layouts, staffing, and on-site execution
Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service to create memorable client experiences
Manage multiple events and partnerships simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Qualification
Required
Strong background in hospitality, events, catering, or community relations
Proven ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships
Experience planning and executing catering and special events
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site restaurant environment
Preferred
Prior restaurant or hospitality experience strongly preferred
Passion for elevated dining, guest experience, and community engagement
