They are currently looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of their Web Shop, responsible for analyzing performance metrics, planning new features, and ensuring user experiences that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Planning and launching new features. Prepare visions, coordinate with developers, designers, analysts, and marketing to deliver high-quality releases; track KPIs and conduct retrospectives
Project and team management. Prioritize tasks, manage sprints in Scrum or Kanban, and oversee smooth integrations of new payment systems and UX optimizations
Incident management and continuous improvement. Act swiftly to troubleshoot incidents or critical bugs, coordinate with Live Ops teams, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issues
Strategic alignment with Executive Producer and Live Ops teams. Cooperate closely with the Executive Producer Manager to align the Web Shop roadmap with overall game and monetization strategies. Work together with Live Ops teams to plan sales, events, and promotional campaigns that drive revenue and player engagement
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or E-commerce Manager (preferably with web shops or digital sales platforms)
Strong analytical skill and experience running A/B tests
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and workflows using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Excellent communication skills, with English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher; Russian proficiency at C1 level or higher
Ability to stay calm under pressure, quickly identify root causes, and make effective decisions during incidents
