Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC lathes; support other machines as required
Perform first-article inspections and maintain close tolerances
Select tooling and workholding and optimize speeds/feeds
Interpret blueprints and complete daily documentation
Diagnose and resolve machine or program issues
Uphold a clean, organized work environment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of CNC lathe setup and operation experience; versatility with other equipment is beneficial
Fanuc control and G-code experience
Proficient with calipers, indicators, and related measuring tools
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
Motivated, curious, and collaborative in a fast-moving, team-driven shop
Preferred
On-machine programming experience preferred
