Deliver a confident, professional client experience
Learn how to properly pre-qualify and guide buyers in today’s Maryland market
Call and follow up with inbound internet leads
Qualify buyers and sellers
Set appointments for the Team Leader
Learn how to convert conversations into contracts
Attend inspections and walkthroughs
Learn Maryland contract timelines and contingency management
Understand financing, appraisal, and negotiation strategy in real time
Assist with listing prep and buyer coordination
Maintain accurate CRM records
Help keep deals organized and on track
