Responsibilities
Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or payment issues
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and payments
Prepare periodic financial reports related to accounts receivable
Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
Support the accounting and finance department with audits and compliance requirements
Provide excellent customer service when addressing client payment queries
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in an accounts receivable or finance role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
