Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboard, and data visualizations using BI tools with Power BI and Epic Cogito technologies
Analyze business intelligence needs and requirements and provide data storage, analytical, or reporting tools in response
Work with key business stakeholders to understand and prioritize data and information requirements; develop data/information quality metrics
Create testing methodology and criteria; test storage and reporting solutions for functionality and integrity; troubleshoot and resolve errors and solve complex technical problems
Develop standards, policies and procedures for the form, structure and attributes of the business intelligence tools and systems
Develop standard or custom reports, queries, or dashboards that access and consolidate information from a variety of data sources, and provide ongoing support for data users
Utilize data mining techniques and develop data models to assist in the visualization and interpretation of data
Research new technology and develop business cases to support enterprise wide business intelligence solutions
Handle complex issues and problems, and refer only the most complex issues to higher-level staff
Possess comprehensive knowledge of subject matter
Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group; may act as a 'lead' or first-level supervisor
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
4 years relevant experience
Experience in Epic Cogito, including data model certification and/or certification in any Epic Application
