Responsibilities
Be a trusted HR Business Partner to U.S. leadership, hiring managers, and employees
Develop and execute the U.S. People & Culture plan aligned with PMI U.S. strategy
Define local strategies for build/buy/borrow/bounce/bot decisions using relevant organizational data and benchmarks, and support their execution in accordance with business strategy cycle
Design and deploy the organizational set up within defined Operating Model, including roles, responsibilities, processes, cross-functional interdependences, core capabilities
Deploy leadership development plans and programs. Design and deploy leadership team effectiveness initiatives (e.g. High Performing Teams)
Guide managers on organizational change tools and approaches
Translate people data and insights into actionable proposals and decisions, implementing the appropriate People & Culture solutions timely and with a continuous focus on the ultimate business impact
Design and lead business change initiatives and lead deployment plans together with leadership based on business strategies and requirements
Continuously assess deployment of functional change plans, organizational impacts, findings, and needs for future progress, as well as organizational health
Coach and influence managers and leaders to embody the culture and to develop high performing teams
Work closely with People & Culture Centers of Expertise and the business to provide guidance and support to the delivery of key U.S. and functional projects, initiatives, and annual processes
Partner with Employee Relations to foster a respectful, fair and positive working environment
Raise the bar on talent ensuring a high-quality and sustainable pipeline across the different organizational layers, addressing current and future critical business capabilities, leveraging a balanced mix of talent development and talent acquisition
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Social Sciences or related field
10+ years of HR/business experience
5+ years of experience in a strategic HRBP role
Experience working for large organization that has been through large transformation or change
Proven ability to coach senior leaders and deliver impactful HR solutions
Ability to create a positive measurable impact on the organization through structured, contextual and steadfast action on business challenges, defining and directing relevant HR solutions and providing guidance and thought leadership to organizational stakeholders
Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and operational efficiency
Comfortable with complexity and fast-changing environments; high emotional intelligence
