Responsibilities

Lead deliverables for product/service launches, MFT announcements, and internal initiatives
Manage communication activities, including announcements, PR, media outreach and social media, building a consistent cadence of business and technical contents, and MFT updates
Delivers and execute the content strategy for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels. Oversee social advocacy programs
Ensure brand guidelines consistency and appropriate brand voice and tone across communications and collateral
Develop and distribute internal communications ensuring teams have clear, timely, and consistent information on news, updates, releases, and collateral
Develop customer stories, case studies, briefs, and industry narratives. Special attention is given to product comparisons, resource pages or directories, guides, how-to’s and tutorials
Partner with SMEs to translate technical concepts into high-quality content for our audiences
Oversee the full editorial calendar (blogs, newsletters, campaigns, social, releases)
Lead and enforce standards for clarity, accuracy, and technical credibility
Own content governance and project management / workflows tools: assets validation, updated repositories, version control, naming conventions, outdated assets management…
Communicate proactively when assets are updated, replaced, or deprecated, ensuring all stakeholders access accurate and current resources
Oversee production of marketing collateral, sales materials, interviews, and visual assets
Manage internal and external design workflows for content, campaigns, and brand visuals
Ensure creative output aligns with brand standards and technical messaging requirements
Lead and mentor the communications team, ensuring clear direction, high-quality deliverables, and on-time execution while operating as a shared-services function for the broader marketing organization. Foster a culture of initiative, problem-solving, proactive communication, operational excellence, and accountability
Own the content and asset delivery process: maintain accurate calendars, enforce timelines, and ensure all required campaign assets are delivered on schedule, at quality, and aligned with stakeholder needs
Establish structured communication planning processes (quarterly → monthly → weekly). Implement best-practice workflows, documentation, and reporting to provide visibility, predictability, and early warning signs when deliverables may risk delays
Hire and manage external agencies (creative, design, PR, production) and freelancers, ensuring clear scopes, feedback, and performance
Own the communications budget: forecast, track, and optimize spend
Drive continuous improvement by researching new communication tools, workflows, and best practices
Propose and deliver improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and revenue impact
Contribute to broader marketing operations initiatives by sharing best practices across business units
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager

Required

Bachelor's degree in business
8+ years of marketing experience in managing product launches and content development (customer stories, case studies, briefs…) for B2B technology products/solutions (hardware, SaaS, industrial, IoT, security, or other complex categories)
3+ years' recent experience working in B2B Marketing for a mid-sized to large global technology company
Strong editorial & writing expertise (non-negotiable) for customer-centric materials, translating highly technical products into accessible narratives
Evidence of strong structure + process, managing complex projects, demonstrating rigor in deliverables and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to manage and mentor direct reports, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Organized and results-oriented
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
Strong customer focus and business acumen
Ability to manage projects, prioritize work and handle multiple tasks
Adaptable and agile, get things done
Passion for continuous learning, testing, and innovation
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineers, product managers, and SMEs

Preferred

Master's degree a plus
Experience managing graphic design and communications agencies or freelancers
Visual graphic design skills, has a good mix of creativity and analytical skills
Excellent AI literacy
