Marine Sales Manager (Outboard Motors) - Riviera Beach, FL

Responsibilities
Sell new outboard Mercury, Suzuki, and Yamaha motors
Actively pursue new business through outbound prospecting, follow-ups, and relationship-building (hunter mentality required)
Manage and close inbound leads while aggressively converting opportunities into sales
Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of Mercury, Suzuki, and Yamaha Outboard Motors, including proper applications, horsepower ranges, rigging considerations, and performance, clearly explaining performance, applications, and value
Build and maintain a strong personal pipeline to consistently exceed sales targets
Prepare pricing, quotes, and purchase agreements accurately and efficiently
Work closely with service and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Follow up post-sale to drive repeat business, referrals, and long-term customer relationships
Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activity, leads, and customer interactions
Stay current on marine industry trends, product updates, and manufacturer incentives
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and gross profit goals
Qualification
Required
Highly experienced, results-driven Marine Sales Manager
Proven background in marine sales
Experience selling Outboard Mercury, Suzuki, and Yamaha Motors
Hunter mentality required
Expert-level knowledge of Mercury, Suzuki, and Yamaha Outboard Motors
Ability to explain performance, applications, and value of outboard motors
Strong personal pipeline to consistently exceed sales targets
Accurate and efficient preparation of pricing, quotes, and purchase agreements
Ability to work closely with service and parts departments
Follow up post-sale to drive repeat business and referrals
Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activity, leads, and customer interactions

Comfortable working both outbound leads and inbound leads with commission tied to performance
Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
Ability to work on-site in Riviera Beach / West Palm Beach, FL
Established local marine industry network or customer base
Experience or understanding of marine financing, warranties, and accessory sales
CRM or marine dealership management software experience
Boating or manufacturer certifications or formal marine training
Minimum of 3 years of marine outboard motor sales experience specifically with Mercury, Suzuki, or Yamaha
Demonstrated experience selling Yamaha, Suzuki, and Mercury outboard boat motors
