Responsibilities
Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategy across web, email and automation
Own audience segmentation, personas, analytics and customer journey design
Translate data into insights that improve targeting, personalization and performance
Align CRM, marketing automation and data systems to support activation and measurement
Identify and pilot AI use cases for modeling, predictive insights and optimization
Drive continuous improvement through testing, reporting and digital performance analysis
Partner with content, events, membership and technology teams to ensure cohesive audiences experiences
Qualification
Required
8+ years in digital marketing, data strategy or analytics
Strong experience with CRM, marketing automation, digital analytics and segmentation
Proven ability to turn data into actionable recommendations and measurable impact
Hands on execution mindset with strategic leadership capability
Familiarity with AI enabled marketing tools or advanced analytics
Preferred
Bonus if you have used SFMC or Pardot
