Responsibilities
Drive content design and strategy across AI infrastructure products while developing the guidelines and writing standards necessary to scale content design across ACI
Partner with designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers to solve challenges while contributing to a collaborative team culture
Manage projects from inception to implementation by identifying opportunities, influencing priorities, and aligning stakeholders to oversee the delivery of products
Produce and communicate high-quality deliverables including UI text, CLI/API language, AI prompts, and interactive prototypes using various tools and methods
Maintain an understanding of Cloud technologies, user journeys, and the competitive landscape to ensure content experiences meet customer needs and business goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
6 years of experience in UX writing, content design, technical writing, writing, editorial, marketing, or related, as well as leading content strategy projects
Experience on UX-focused product writing and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)
Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners—such as designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers—and managing stakeholders to align on content direction
Preferred
5 years of experience interacting with executive leadership
5 years of writing, editorial, marketing, or UX writing experience in an agency setting
Experience developing information architecture for complex documentation sets or product suites, including localization and accessibility best practices
Experience designing UX content for enterprise products and experiences
Experience using service design to define and drive the future of product experiences by aligning content strategy with user needs and business processes
