Responsibilities
Act as the "boots on the ground" for the Fleet team, managing driver traiting and tagging, photo audits, and profile standards to ensure a seamless experience for every rider
Proactively resolve BGC and document blockers to accelerate the "on-road" funnel and ensuring we meet aggressive Q1 scaling targets
Maintain 100% audit coverage for specialized drivers (fingerprinted, chauffeur, and trained). You will identify and escalate compliance gaps to protect Uber’s legal and safety standards
Coordinate weekly reconciliation for complex payment models (Hourly/Per-Trip) and ensure all payments are delivered on-time and within scope
Monitor fulfillment metrics, cancel rates (C/R), and ETAs in real-time to find proactive resolutions to driver and partner pain points
Document operational "hacks" and patterns to help define functional requirements for the H2 Product/Ops automated roadmap
Coordinate with internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of city and product launches
Qualification
Required
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination within a high-growth environment
A strong level of autonomy and a 'no task too small' mentality
A demonstrated background in solving complex customer problems and navigating technical ambiguity
Great communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with high-performing Ops Managers, internal partners, and external vendors
An obsession with detail, particularly regarding data integrity and compliance standards
