Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis and reporting strategies
Develop and implement data analysis processes, including data extraction, transformation, and modeling
Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of data analysis deliverables
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the data analysis function
Communicate analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) field
Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong background in Python and/or pyspark programming for data analysis
Proficient in data extraction, transformation, and modeling using various tools and techniques
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to stakeholders
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques to present insights in a compelling and impactful manner
