Business Management Support professionals ensure efficient and effective delivery of support services to the Retail Banking department
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction through meticulous service request and complaint management, comprehensive monthly reporting, and promoting a culture of service excellence through internal recognition programs and communication initiatives
Manages total expenses by conducting monthly budget reviews, monitoring spending against targets, and ensuring adherence to expense categories, limits, and approval guidelines across various business support functions
Orchestrate engaging employee events, including town halls, appreciation initiatives, and awards, to foster a positive and appreciative work environment
Cultivate a strong risk culture by ensuring timely account reconciliation, compliance with training and policy, adherence to regulatory standards, and effective risk mitigation strategies
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the team's productivity and the quality of support services
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proficient in the use of relevant business management tools and software
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
