Responsibilities
Respond to client emails, calls, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
Support senior Customer Success team members with daily account coordination
Ensure work order details, scope, and priorities are accurately communicated to Operations teams
Monitor active jobs and flag potential issues or delays
Assist with escalation tracking and follow-ups until resolution
Help document service issues and resolutions for internal tracking
Support new client onboarding and first-job coordination
Maintain client records, compliance documents, and internal systems
Follow communication and service standards when interacting with clients and internal teams
Participate in training to develop client management and operational coordination skills
Qualification
Required
Charismatic and personable, with a natural ability to build rapport
Strong judgment when dealing with people and managing relationships
Clear, professional communicator (written and verbal)
Organized with strong attention to detail
Calm and respectful in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
Proactive, curious, and willing to ask questions
Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required
Preferred
Prior customer service or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required
Portuguese language skills are a plus
Spanish language skills are a plus
