Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Construction Management degrees preferred) or equivalent experience
Internship, or equivalent experience, with a commercial general contractor
Proficiency using a personal computer and company communication tools, such as email, the internet, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
Preferred
One to three years of previous work experience
Familiarity with RFIs, change orders, submittals, and punch-lists
Preparing sub-contractor meeting minutes
