Project & Control Account Manager

Responsibilities
Manage all phases of various F-35 contracts to include developing Basis of Estimates (BOE’s) and establishing/maintaining a budget baseline across multiple job functions for the Security organization
Responsible for contractual alignment and identifying risks or opportunities
Collaboration with Program Security and Classified Cybersecurity Site Leads on a regular basis to review actuals and staffing levels
Interface with LM Program Management and Finance to baseline and execute budget in accordance with contract award
Brief Senior Program and Security Leadership on content related to F-35 program contractual scope and financial concerns
Qualification
Required
Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access
Proficient in briefing Senior Leadership
Experience working budgets, contracts, RFI's or as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
Experience working proposals and writing Basis of Estimates (BOE)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Preferred
Control Account Manager (CAM) Certification
Prior contracts or finance background
Strong analytical and financial acumen
Ability to drive cross functional collaboration and influence stakeholders
Familiarization with financial planning tools including genBOE, ROADS and Vemo
Green Belt/Lean Six Sigma Certified
