Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs
Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of applications by optimizing backend processes
Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in backend development
Implement and develop microservices architecture to improve system modularity
Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable application deployment and management
Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
5+ years of experience in backend development
Strong backend skills in Java
AWS
