Responsibilities
Lead & execute engineering projects focused on process optimization, performance & continuous improvement
Provide mechanical and electrical troubleshooting support to Operations & Maintenance
Analyze process data, KPIs & equipment performance to identify improvement opportunities & reduce downtime
Support root cause investigations, equipment reliability efforts, and corrective/preventive action implementation
Partner w/ cross functional teams to improve raw material efficiency, reduce waste & enhance production reliability
Qualification
Required
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related engineering discipline)
3+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or plant engineering (plastics experience a plus, not required)
Strong mechanical foundation w/ working knowledge of electrical systems, automation & troubleshooting
Demonstrated experience leading projects, driving CI initiatives & improving equipment or process performance
